The journey of Divya Tanwar started from a small village named Nimbi located in Mahendragarh, where her childhood was full of financial constraints. Divya, who was barely 21 years old in 2021 tried her first attempt at the UPSC CSE exam and managed an impressive All India Rank of 438. With this impressive show, she became one of the youngest IPS officers in the country. However, she was not satisfied with this and she continued to work hard and in 2022 she cleared the exam again, and this time, with the AIR 105, helping her achieve her dream of becoming an IAS officer. As of today, IAS Divya is working under the Manipur cadre.

Divya, a diligent student of Navodaya Vidyalaya, was always deeply devoted to her studies. She never let the lack of resources hinder her ambitions and always went above and beyond to achieve her targets. After completing her schooling, she set an aim to crack the UPSC examination.
