Shweta Tiwari breaks silence on Palak Tiwari and Ibrahim Ali Khan’s dating rumours: ‘Only last for…they will forget’

Shweta Tiwari recently shared her thoughts on the ongoing dating rumours between Palak Tiwari and Ibrahim Ali Khan.

Reports of Palak Tiwari and Ibrahim Ali Khan dating have been making waves for a while now. However, both Palak and Ibrahim have maintained that they are just good friends. Recently, Palak’s mother, actress Shweta Tiwari, shared her thoughts on the rumours in an interview. Shweta revealed that such gossip doesn’t bother her anymore.

“Rumours don’t bother me anymore, in all these years I have realized people’s memory only last for 4 hours. They will forget the news after that, so why bother? As per rumours, my daughter is dating every third guy, and I am getting married every year. As per the internet, I am already married thrice. These things don’t affect me now, earlier they did when social media was not there and when some journalist never liked writing good things about you. Negativity about actors sell. After dealing with that era, this doesn’t affect me,” Shweta said.

The dating rumours started in 2022 when Palak and Ibrahim were photographed together by paparazzi. They were later spotted attending a concert in Mumbai, fueling speculations about their relationship.

Palak, however, clarified the rumours in an interview with Siddharth Kannan. “We were just hanging out and got clicked. That’s it. We were part of a larger group, but the photos made it look like it was just us. People preferred that narrative. He’s a sweet guy, and we’re nice friends, nothing more. We talk occasionally, and that’s all”.
