Bad news for Mukesh Ambani, BSNL set to launch 4G mobile; partners with this Indian company to …

New Delhi: With Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone raising their charges, a significant number of customers have switched to BSNL, whose prices remain the most affordable. BSNL is also rapidly expanding its 4G network, attracting more users to its network. Keeping the rural users in mind, the company has launched new services which are compatible with old phones.

BSNL has announced the launch of a new phone in partnership with Karbonn mobiles which are cheaper than the Jio’s phone. The phone will come with a BSNL SIM and high-speed internet. On its Foundation Day, the company signed an MoU with Karbonn Mobiles.

BSNL and Karbonn Mobile signed a historic agreement. Under this agreement, both companies will introduce an exclusive SIM-handset bundling offer as part of India’s 4G Saathi policy. In an X post, BSNL wrote, “With the signing of a landmark MoU, BSNL and KarbonnMobiles to introduce an exclusive SIM handset bundling offer under the Bharat 4G companion policy. Together, we aim to bring affordable 4G connectivity to every corner of the nation.”

The telecom company has announced via its X handle that it is preparing to launch a new AI/ML-powered solution to combat spam communication on its mobile network.

Once operational, it will identify spam messages in advance, neutralize and remove them before they reach BSNL’s customers. This new approach will be showcased at India Mobile Congress 2024, a major telecom event to be held from October 15-18.
