Boney Kapoor and Sridevi were among the most beloved couples in Indian cinema. Their love story, though filled with its share of challenges, was a true example of affection and devotion. Even after six years since Sridevi’s untimely demise, Boney Kapoor continues to cherish her memory. In a recent interview with ABP Live, the renowned film producer opened up about Sridevi’s importance in his life and shared heartfelt insights into their relationship.

Boney recalled how their bond grew stronger over the years despite coming from different cultural backgrounds. He said, “I’m a North Indian Punjabi, and Sri was from the South. At first, everything feels perfect; you want to do everything for your partner. But as time passes, especially after seven years of marriage, you begin to understand each other better, including their likes and dislikes.”

Reflecting on their relationship, he added, “We were inseparable. I was in love with her, I am in love with her, and I will be in love with her till my dying day. When someone as beautiful and sought-after as her chooses to spend her life with you, it’s the greatest joy. I never felt the need to look elsewhere; she was my everything.”

Boney also shared that even today, while he may have friends or find others attractive, nothing could ever diminish his love and passion for Sridevi. “The love will never go away,” he stated.

The couple had two daughters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, both of whom are actors. Boney also has two children, Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor, from his first marriage to the late Mona Shourie.
